YR Appoints new General Manager

Youngman Richardson has appointed National Operations Manager Dale Lilley as General Manager of the company. With more than 25 years of management experience across the hire and construction equipment sectors, Dale brings extensive industry knowledge to the role.

Extensive Industry Experience and Career Progression

Prior to joining Youngman Richardson ten years ago, Dale held senior management roles nationally with a major hire company group. He was initially appointed to lead the Christchurch branch, with a focus on growing the business throughout Canterbury and the wider South Island region while streamlining branch operations.

His success in this role led to his relocation to Auckland, where he took on the position of National Operations Manager.

Driving Operational Excellence Nationwide

As National Operations Manager, Dale focused on improving business strategies across planning, implementation and the supervision of day-to-day operations throughout the organisation. This experience has played a key role in preparing him for his appointment as General Manager.
