Workshop Foreman
An opportunity has arisen for Workshop Foreman to join our Wellington branch who understands the meaning of team and who wants a long-term opportunity.
Reporting to and working closely in conjunction with the Branch Manager, this is very much a hands-on role that assists in managing the overall smooth running of the Service Division.
To be successful and fulfilled in this role you will need to be a strong communicator with a mechanical background – & knowledge of construction plant & equipment. You must be trade qualified in either petrol / diesel or both. Proven administration and time management skills are essential. You may currently be an experienced mechanic/technician who is ready to take that next step in your career.
You’ll be juggling time, priorities, people, skills, vehicles, and customer expectations. So, the ability to pivot and react swiftly is essential. Dedicated management support, a competitive hourly rate and a company vehicle will be offered to the successful candidate.
