YRCO operations at COVID-19 Alert Levels

Youngman Richardson & Co. Ltd is in full support of the New Zealand Government’s recommendations around COVID-19. We are also committed to the health and safety of our team members, customers, contractors and the wider community.

As a responsible business operation and employer YRCO have put a number of initiatives, systems and processes in place to maintain the health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers. We have implemented some new procedures to ensure a contactless purchasing environment when possible.

Alert Level 4

During the period of Level 4 our branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch are closed in accordance with Government requirements.

If you require anything urgently and you are an essential service please call our Auckland branch and we will be able to direct your call. This number is manned during normal business hours Monday-Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm.

Alert Level 3 

During the period of Level 3 the following procedures will be in place:

Customers Collections and Deliveries:

  • Our Auckland branch will be operating a ‘contactless environment’. Please note that our doors will be shut during this time.
  • Please call the branch ahead of time to place your order and arrange for contactless collection. Our contact numbers are as follows: Auckland: 09 443 2436. Operating hours are from 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
  • Contactless payment must be made for any product or service.
  • Contactless delivery will be available.
  • Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YR branches will be available via a designated safe zone for pick up / drop off. There is clear signage at all YR branches to direct our customers to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.
  • Customers can contact their YRCO Specialist Representative or call any of our branches during normal working hours – the current hours are on our Contact Us page.
  • Please wear a mask when visiting our sites to keep you and our team safe.

Service and Repairs:

  • Service and repairs are able to be undertaken during Level 3. Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YRCO branches will be available via a designated safe zone for pick up / drop off for service and repairs. There is clear signage at all YRCO branches to direct our customers to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.

Couriers and Freight:

  • Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YRCO branches will be available via designated safe / quarantine zones for pick up / drop off. There is clear signage at all YRCO branches to direct freight or courier deliveries to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.

Alert Level 2

During the period of Alert Level 2 with Wellington and Christchurch open for contactless collections the following procedures will be in place:

  • Our branches in Wellington and Christchurch will be operating a ‘contactless environment’.
  • Please call the branch ahead of time to place your order, view equipment or arrange for contactless collection or deliveries. Our contact numbers are as follows: Wellington: 04 212 2456 & Christchurch 03 341 6923. Operating hours are from 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.
  • Contactless payment must be made for any product or service.
  • Contactless delivery will be available.
  • Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YR branches will be available via a designated safe zone for pick up / drop off. There is clear signage at all YR branches to direct our customers to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.
